Alex is a specialist in urban and property economics, strategic planning and economic development and has over 18 years of consultancy experience in those fields.
Elizabeth leads the planning team in a variety of planning projects including employment land strategies, social impact assessments, housing studies, strategic planning, research and policy development.
Kevin has extensive experience in property development and urban planning with career highlights and industry recognition expanding over 30 years.
Chris is an experienced multi-disciplined property valuer and corporate advisor with 20 years of consultancy experience. His property solutions strive to maximise value and minimise risk often with a framework of varying scenarios reflecting clients’ requirements.

Virginia is a Property Economist and registered Valuer who advises clients across Australia on market research, valuation and financial feasibility assessments.
Elle is a Strategic Planner specialising in planning policy advisory, urban renewal and local centre viability for government and private clients.
Geof has a background in property analysis including land studies and market commentaries. He has also previously been involved in the marketing of major industrial property projects and has a sound knowledge of industrial market issues. >
Nicholas advises clients across Australia with matters relating to economic development, strategic land use and socio-economic impact assessments.
Maria’s specialities are in policy analysis, community consultation and engagement, strategic planning advice, demographic research and project management.
Aneta has extensive experience in the field of retail analysis, having worked on a range of projects across Australia, the UK and Europe.
Sam has diverse experience across a variety of civil sectors, currently assisting the economic planning team in the development of feasibility models, statistical research and planning.
Gibran is a strategic planning consultant specialising in land use planning, policy analysis and community engagement. Gibran moved to HillPDA from Local Government.
Josh works within HillPDA’s valuation and advisory team where he assists with market research, feasibility studies and property related data collection. .
Gordon is a research analyst assisting HillPDA’s Planning and Economics team. Gordon’s role at HillPDA includes property, demographics and planning related data collection and analysis.
Rebecca has over 15 years experience in management and is responsible for the financial operations of the firm including planning, analysis and monitoring of financial performance.
