Marjorie is an astute planning professional with proven management skills developed through an extensive thirty year career in local government both in social and strategic planning.
Kevin has extensive experience in property development and urban planning with career highlights and industry recognition expanding over 30 years.
Chris is an experienced multi-disciplined property valuer and corporate advisor with 20 years of consultancy experience. His property solutions strive to maximise value and minimise risk often with a framework of varying scenarios reflecting clients’ requirements.
Associate & Practice Manager
Virginia is a Property Economist and registered Valuer who advises clients across Australia on market research, valuation and financial feasibility assessments.
Gareth has provided clients with consulting services spanning policy evaluation, economic development, infrastructure funding, economic impact assessments and land use planning.
Geof has a background in property analysis including land studies and market commentaries. He has also previously been involved in the marketing of major industrial property projects and has a sound knowledge of industrial market issues. >
Brent specialises in providing public policy, strategy and economic consulting services with experience managing complex analytical projects often in sensitive political environments.
Elle is a Strategic Planner specialising in planning policy advisory, urban renewal and local centre viability for government and private clients.
Nicholas advises clients across Australia with matters relating to economic development, strategic land use and socio-economic impact assessments.
Aneta has extensive experience in the field of retail analysis, having worked on a range of projects across Australia, the UK and Europe.
Maria’s specialities are in policy analysis, community consultation and engagement, strategic planning advice, demographic research and project management.

Kirk recently joined HillPDA after completing a Bachelor of Property Economics with Honours at UTS and works across the Valuation and Planning teams.
Rebecca has over 15 years experience in management and is responsible for the financial operations of the firm including planning, analysis and monitoring of financial performance.
Catherine has completed her Professional Accounting Degree and is working towards her CPA while supporting HillPDA with her skills in accounting, invoicing and debtor collection.
