Nicholas is a senior member of the property economics team where he leads on major projects for local and State Government. Nicholas’ experience includes a secondment to the Department of Planning and Environment where he worked within the Housing and Employment Delivery Team on their Urban Feasibility Model. Key to this secondment was Nicholas’s in depth knowledge of Sydney’s property market and his Geographical Information System (GIS) skills.
Nicholas provides expertise and skills in feasibility modelling using Estate Master, employment land demand modelling, trade area identification, economics, population, dwelling and employment forecasting, retail and social impact assessments as well as business surveys.
Nicholas is also lead GIS Officer at HillPDA driving, refining and updating HillPDA’s visual and spatial analysis capabilities to more efficiently convey complex information and outcomes easily and effectively.
