Its understanding of the dynamics of affordable housing has been recognised by Martin Hill's appointment to various advisory and management boards. At present Martin is a member of the NSW Department of Housing Ministerial Advisory Board providing economic and financial advice for various community housing projects instigated and overseen by the Board. Martin has also been a member of the ACT Affordable Housing Taskforce, the Kingston Foreshore Development Board for six years and is a Director of Metro Housing, a non profit organisation charged with securing affordable housing across Australia. |

AUDIT OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING CALCULATOR Hill PDA audited the Affordable Housing calculator applying the company's expertise in development modelling and its familiarity with the development industry.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING TASK FORCE AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY The ACT Government commissioned Hill PDA to undertake research to outline national and international experiences and practices in the provision of affordable housing and assess their relevance to the Australian Capital Territory.

WAVERLEY COUNCIL AFFORDABLE HOUSING STUDY In conjunction with Berkhout Planning & Development, Hill PDA reviewed Waverly Council's existing affordable housing planning mechanisms making a number of recommendations to improve their effectiveness and the ease of implementation and interpretation.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN COMMERCIAL CENTRES Hill PDA undertook a study and investigated 15 commercial centres and made a number of recommendations as to how such centres could deliver affordable housing within the existing building form of the commercial centres.
