Hill PDA was commissioned by Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB) to assist in the preparation of a lands strategy study for the proposed tourism and eco-enterprise zones in Wingecarribee. Council identified two areas of land within the Wingecarribee Shire that could have a competitive advantage as a possible future eco-enterprise zone and tourism zone. The study focused on land economic issues in relation to both zones, with particular regard to a market appraisal, identifying potential forms of development likely to be located there, and the key drivers associated with them. The study was prepared to provide recommendations to PB to assist in the preparation of related land use controls appropriate to the local area.
