Employment Land Studies

HillPDA’s employment land studies help local and State Governments understand and plan for the needs of their businesses and economy. HillPDA determines growth opportunities and forecasts land requirements to show which areas should be allocated for different employment uses and those which should not. Our analysis is based on macro level trend analysis which is subsequently tailored to the particular characteristics of a local area and the objectives of the planning authority and the communities it represents.
